Is a good team member in an emergency, following instructions quickly, but not taking a leadership role. Always looking for the opportunity to negotiate and often successful in getting a good deal. But sometimes Nekonae Akanoa fails to press home the advantage, and doesn't get the best deal possible. Performs to an adequate standard but is not yet achieving excellence in any area. Nekonae Akanoa generally checks work to make sure it has been done properly. Nekonae Akanoa is aiming for promotion, but recognizes that capabilities and prospects are limited.
