After being a long time Dragon Age fan, I enjoyed this game, flaws and all.

That being said, I had my issues with it. The inability to import past games choices and consequences being my biggest. All three previous instalments of the franchised utilised the Dragon Age Keep, allowing you to make decisions that spanned the titles. This gave you the chance to really get attached to the world of Thedas and truly feel like you had control of your experience. The Keep being shut down means that only decisions you choose at the beginning of this game is the only cannon, and the fact that the only one that really mattered being if you romanced Solas really upset me because across the hundreds of hours spent on all three games I would have loved to see things like talking about if the HoF was still working on the cure for the Blight, or what Hawke was up to because they were crucial parts of the last games.

Things that really stood out to me about this game were the character customisation and the romance (big parts of a BioWare game).

The CC is phenomenal, absolutely beautiful handling of that aspects. I really do feel like they put a lot of effort into making sure you could make your character your own. No more LEGO stiff hair!!!

The romance really did hit the spot for me, I am always clawing for a shred of romance in any game that feels natural and this delivered. People saying "Oh the characters romance moves too fast!" firstly, Do Lucanis' romance its a slow burn. Secondly, these characters are literally experiencing the end of the world!

Overall, a beautiful game it just misses the core elements of a Dragon Age instalment.

I'm very sorry, but I have to block you. You probably don't care why I'm blocking you, but just in case you're interested, I'll explain.

What you sent me doesn't actually have any emotional impact on me. However, it shows me what type of person you are. It indicated that you're the type of person who deliberately tries to provoke negative reactions from other people. I don't wish to interact with the type of person who does that, so I have to block you. It has nothing to do with "hurt feelings" or "not being able to take a joke". It has to do with the content of your character.
