Absolutely love the game.

Absolutely love the developers.

Both are a breath of fresh air.

And now Sony comes in and smells like ♥♥♥♥.

As a massive fan of the franchise, and a huge Monster Hunter enthusiast, i can just say, that this game has definetly been worth the wait. Despite me not having "a lot" of hours in the game currently, i have so many hours on the previous games, i can't even count how many, and for me, i started on the 3DS with MH3U.

And back then it was a bit hard for me to get anywhere in the game, mostly because it was my first game in the series, but then later down the line, when i started playing MH4U, i really started to understand WHY people love this game, and the series.

The combat, absolutely great, the monsters themself, so fun and enjoyable to fight, ( Except Plesioth.. Screw that overgrown fish.. Because it will hipcheck you to the damn moon, while it's 10 miles away.. God the hitboxes for some of the monsters in the older games.. Dear god. ) and the world and the charm, that just pulls you in, it's all so great i just can't get enough of it.

And if i would rate this game, i would give it a solid 10/10, a must buy game, for anyone who would like a fair, but challenging game, where you can feel like an absolute badass, hunting monsters of all shapes and sizes, and a game that has what can be seen as hundreds of hours worth of content.

Though a word of advice, if you have, and can, use a controller, if you want the full experience, and want to be able to play the game to the fullest. And aswell, if you're gonna get this game, make sure you have a PC that can handle it.

And aswell, for those who "complain" about the game not having all the "things" one expect a modern game to have, like FOV silders, being able to disable motion blur and all, then you sould know that this series has for the over a decade existance of it, that it's mostly only been on consoles, and portable handhold gaming platforms like the PSP and 3DS, and this is aswell the first ever main series title in the franchise that is on PC, so don't give it a bad review just because it doesn't have any of those things when it's the MH Teams first experience with bringing one of their games to the PC, and having it run as good as it does.

I've actually played this game way longer, it was just so a while ago ( Like, waaay back ) i came back and tried out the game, since it had gotten a lot of more content and updates since i last played, and i quite enjoy it a lot. So yeah, it's a good game.. And well, it's free, so complaints here. ( - 3-)-b
