This DLC is exactly what the game needed. The game was amazing before but suffered from a severe lack of enemy variety and it could feel repetitive since you were likely to get the same levels repeatedly. The new enemies are fun to fight and add lots of well needed variety in the early game. More impressive than that necessary addition however is the new stages the sheer number of new stages blew me away, all are beautiful and the music was wonderful as always. The new hidden stages and boss were ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mindblowingly cool too. The new survivors are both super fun, and all of the new items are nice to have.
