i have been abused for almost my whole life so i tend to jump from very slight things even a hug
i am very sensitive with sounds
my depression will sometimes hit for no reason
i will tend to shut you out no matter how close you are to me but in the end i will open up
i break down extremely easily having a very sensitive and fragile heart(physical pains from stress)
i am not a attention seeker(i just post stuff to vent)i don't usually ask for help so when i do it's important
i will doubt my self and other stuff all the time with my insecurities(always turn down compliments)
