I interpreted it as follows!
You tried to change/modify your CS:GO Texture files, cause the Game did look boring to you!
This means, the VAC is correct!
You can't just modify your game files, it is a thing that causes VAC to ban you, and even if you counter with "What's bad about modifying textures?" I counter that!
If you were allowed to modify your Textures, you could (and a ♥♥♥♥♥ like you actually WOULD) abuse that, to make walls half invisible, by making the Textures transparent! So you can actually easily wallhaxj by doing this! This means, it not just permitted to ban that kind of Modification! It's Necessary!!!!!!!
