5. download steam again.
6. log in to steam again.
7. download game again.
8.wait until game has downloaded.

BTW i got it fixed this way, the game is so good i cant not to kill soviets or be soviet.

it's good, but now on my pc i see only half of the whole game. it's anooying. please tiny build fix it.
