Kosovar Albanians,
I want to tell you that you are our compatriots in the Republic of Serbia and that no one will take away the autonomy that Kosovo and Metohija enjoyed in the past. When Kosovo and Metohija returns as an autonomous province of the Republic of Serbia, your right to a provincial government—like the one currently enjoyed by the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina within the Republic of Serbia—will be realized.

Any abuse of your rights as citizens of the Republic of Serbia will be strictly punished. The current situation has not allowed you any form of autonomy because the southern province of the Republic of Serbia is currently occupied and governed by the EU and NATO.

Do not fall for similar stories and promises from the West, like those experienced by Ukraine, which lost much as a result. We are your compatriots, and you should not fear us, because there are far more of us who want to cooperate with you than there are extremists who would carry out some kind of aggressive depopulation of Kosovo and Metohija—in other words, attempt to ethnically cleanse Albanians from those areas.
