Anyone seeing this, I suggest you to consider about giving a negative review to DBD for the following reasons

Bhvr do not ban racists for racial harassment in the game. Out of many players who called out my nationality to insult, Bhvr only banned 1 person probably for 1 day.

They advertised about the new skins world-wide, but region-locked the advertised skin for people who are living in Ukraine, China, Russia, Israel, Romanian and Serbia without any notice and has provided no reason for those region-locks. Requests for paid but those non-usable skins have been denied.

Yet, after all those, they cannot take criticism and permanently ban many players who brought those facts up, calling them "not respectful" in return. Why they demand the highest level of respect from the players while itself is violating consumer rights, employing unfair business practices on players, and neglecting the reports of harassment and racial harassment?

A developer violates basic due diligence and ignore basic consumer rights, who cannot take criticism, ban players like like an emotional tyrant should not deserve respect from players who hope the best for our community.

For this reason I suggest you to give a negative review to the games developed by BHVR.

Bhvr advertised on several countries for the new skins, and people bought auric cells for the skins, then on the day of release gamers found they could not buy those skins and refund is impossible.
Then Bhvr deleted all the related advertising videos and posts in those regions afterwards. (XD, what is the point of advertising at the first place.)

Making mistakes is one thing, refuse to refund the auric cells or real cash for the skins that could not be used in regions is another thing.

And they do not explain what is the reason for their region restrictions at all. Only for people to guess.

Ban people as they will, and never try to communicate with their players who raise questions, instead, they ban them. XD. Worst developer I have ever seen

I got a permanent community ban because I talk about the dev rarely ban racist.
It says this ban is because the comment "is unrespectful".

Well XD, apparently the dev has no respect to its players and cannot take critiques.

Devs keep updating. Nice.

You do not ban people for racist harassment. I will give negative review. It is that simple. You have all kinds of LGBTQ flags in the game which I fully support. But you tolerate harassment especially racial harassment. That is not nice and disappointing.

Thank developer to not banning racist players.

Silent Hill was the reason for my purchase of dbd.

However, I encountered loss of game progress due to server issues.

The developer told me any loss of progress due to server issues will not be compensated.
They stated: "The progress lost from these disconnections can be troublesome however as mentioned we are unable to provide compensation for these issues. "

They also denied there is any way user could save files in case of loss of progress: "there is no way to save your Data of Dead by Daylight manually."
