Is the game good? It's decent, though there are some GLARING issues.

1. In the modern PC gaming era we live in, a lot of games are insanely big in file size. Most games are excusable, but 141 GIGABYTES for this is unreasonable; if you peek in the audio files, there are SO MANY unused voicelines and such that are just left in for some reason, and I wouldn't be surprised of the model side of things is the same.

2. The balancing (as of Into the Unjust) is horrible for the terminids (specifically for the gloom). It feels like it enforces a VERY strong meta that I haven't even been able to find yet after trying about everything. Sure, I play difficulty 10, it's a hard time, but terminids before this update were actually playable. Now, they like to face-tank everything, and also just spawn on top of objectives and occasionally players (mainly getting the oil rig mission to insta-fail because it either gets stuck on top of one or they instantly destroy it). DO NOT even get me started on the new dragonroach, like, why did people want this or think this would ever go well in the balancing department?

3. Glitches. There's a LOT of them. Unlike most people who have left negative reviews recently, I haven't crashed a lot. Though, I have experienced many mission softlocks and stuff in the new gloom update. As mentioned above, it is mostly with the oil rig mission. The thing moves, yes, but if it even TOUCHES a bump in the ground it gets stuck, or starts flipping the hell out and then flings itself around.

Game is haha funny voice chat game, but SCP style.

If you want something serious, this isn't it. If you want something where the usage of soundboards is greater than the number of players in a server, this is your thing.

Gameplay is okay, not really much to learn other than layouts (seriously how the ♥♥♥♥ do you learn them) and the development team is still actively updating the game. (as of first writing of this review)

Overall, it works for what you want it to most of the time.

However, when it doesn't, you want to skin yourself because it is SO tedious to get it working again. I still have not figured out how to fix the display view thing, which sucks for me as I record often. So now I just use the Oculus mirror diagnostic tool to record my entire perspective.

MAKE SURE YOU TURN OFF THE AUTOMATIC SUPER SAMPLING SETTINGS FOR IT; YOU WILL GAIN SO MUCH FPS.

Did I mention it completely freezes my PC and forces me to force restart my computer when I close it sometimes? I've lost so many recordings to that.

Necessary for most VR games on Steam though.

The grandmas have taken over my game. (Well, not yet at least, but I know they do that.)

The game is more of a paid version of the free website version, apart from a few differences I am quite sure (e.g. achievements on steam, C418's music (yes that C418), and small features). Buy it if you would like to support the cookie overlords and the development team, or if you are a cookie clicker fanatic.

Don't buy if you are an achievement hunter who can't stand seeing their library without all 100%'s. You will suffer.

Overall good game, it overhauls the old point and click Henry Stickmin games on Newgrounds, (as in the art,) and then on top of that it adds an entire new mission.

However, as it's a point and click story game, it has limited replayability other than the achievements.

It was a good game until it for some random reason child-locked my account and then proceeded to get invaded by actual children.

The game itself isn't bad, it's the player-base as of now. Pure children.

Update: Game has had plenty of updates, but last time I checked the public lobbies it was all adults and pervs trying to find women like the game was a dating sim. Additionally, the game is barely talked about now except for the dying memes it created.

Update: 46.6 hours, I rather enjoy this game.
-Died so many times I literally cannot count anymore
-Laughed my lungs out (this can't be good for my health)

-Shovel bashing
-Modded the game so much to the point it was nearly unrecognizable (it was still playable and fun though :steamthumbsup:)

The game for people who want to treat everything like a stress ball, whether it be a person, a android, a gorse, or whatever eldritch abomination you stitch together.

People Playground is a sandbox game with many things to ♥♥♥♥ around with to your heart's content. Guns? We got them. Living creatures? Check. Machinery you probably will never figure out how to use correctly? Uh-huh. Basically, you have almost everything you want, but unless you like building contraptions; it's all better used for beating people or other things to a janky pulp with.

However, whether you are some guy who is bored with the regular set of items and maps, some guy who thinks beating a guy into a bloody pulp with a jukebox isn't enough, or some guy who just wants to see other interesting and sometimes questionable creations, the game's workshop page is YOUR place.
Seriously, they figured out how to make new maps before the game even updated to get more.

Demolition if Let's Game It Out had a say about it.

Basically, you blow stuff up, get money from blowing stuff up, then get new equipment for blowing stuff up.
That's just campaign mode though.

Sandbox is just blowing stuff up to your heart's content, you have infinite ammo, (not infinite health though, be cautious,) and you can blow stuff up for as long as your PC's memory will last.
