I've been in love with the Yakuza franchise ever since I played kiwami for the first time and never even once has this franchise dissapointed me. Its hard to pull off a good prequel in any type of media but this game does exactly what its meant to and is really really good at it. A staple of the Yakuza games in my opinion are the side stories and this game has some of the best I've in this franchise or any game period. I honestly don't know if there is anything I didn't like about this game. The gameplay itself is amazing and fells responsive and smooth, the story is brilliant and really leaves a mark on you, as I already said the substories are amazing and as always with these games the characters are pretty much the best part of it. This is one of the only games I would give a 10/10 rating to and its very very well deserved.

I absolutely adore this game even though i never finished it and honestly don´t know if I will in the near future but there aren´t a lot of games that impacted nights, vibes and conversations with my friends quite like this game

beyond blue is a pretty short but amazing game for ocean lovers, especially if you played any of the endless ocean games you will enjoy this game too, its sad that its a pretty short playthrough but the look and feel of the game makes up for that, I hope at some point a dlc or follow up game will be released because this has a lot of potential.
all in all a very very solid 7/10 game
