Grabbing control forces you tightly grip your control to move grab anything, this can not be changed. I can't get past this annoyance as i keep dropping things when my hand inevitably gets tired from squeezing my controller. An easy solution is just use the trigger like every other VR game, or at least make the controls customizable.
