A lovely game where you get to commit warcrimes on unsuspecting raiders

Great past-time with a mountain of mods in the workshop, but the game is solid without them. The base game allows you to choose from 3 modes of progression called story tellers, one that is "fair" that tries to scale with what you have, A deceptive one that is chill until she throws everything at you, & one that is completely random. this system you can change mid-game & is ontop of the difficulty setting. this game allows a lot of choice and tweaking while not overly punishing if you choose not to go the meta (outside the hardest difficulty)

This game offers near endless replay value and will suck you in for hours on end. some people feel that the best parts are when your colony is on the brink of certain disaster and you're just barely struggling to survive, but I really enjoy the calm & productive aspects where you start from nothing and build up. You can easily tailor the game to your desired taste & add QoL mods to make the experience smoother, alternitively you could add Vanila expanded mods that keeps the art direction & feel of the game intact OR you can go full Anime-waifu METAL GEAR and add whatever makes sense to you into the world.

The DLCs are glorified mods but they're nice additions. Personally I would prefer them to be 10$USD but I still think they're worth the investment especially for compatibility/unlocked functionality with all mods. You don't need them to have fun though and I'd say only to pick them up once you've gotten 500-1000 hours, unless you really want more official content (Royalty) or official ways of making the game harder/easier Role Play(Ideology) Or ofcourse you want to support the dev. Wrestling Revolution 2D is a classic OUYA Game and easily one of the finest mobile games of it's time when the market was dominated with Angry/flappy birds or cuting the rope-likes. A spiritual successor to one of MDickie's earlier titles Wrestling Mpire(2008/11). While a true Successor has recently been released & even a 3D Sequel to this game are both on steam, I prefer this one. However with Wrestling Empire (2021) continuing to get updates & once the Workshop gets up and running that may change. But WR2D is a 1/4th the price of the new one and well worth the 5 bucks too.

WR2D Still has that wacky gameplay all MD games have along with it's arbitrary unfair challenges that will end your career, perhaps before it even starts. Losing is still fun, but once you get the ball truly rolling, you can last in your position for years. The spacing for fighting can take some time getting used to if you come in from WM or WR3D but because it acts more like a beat em' up the action tends to be faster.
The visuals hold up really well (compared to most of MDickies offerings anyway)

Performance wise it's obviously far more stable then when the game was on mobile. You will still experience a good number of bugs but it's almost a decade old flash game & they're mostly visual.
One thing really lacking is the ability to easily add songs from your playlists, This is something the mobile version can do, Please add it here MatDickie. It should be even easier here than on mobile. I Just want to strut out onto the ring with Septette for the Dead Princess blasting, I beg of you!

Fantastic game that will make you question every action of your friends.
I've bought this game for everyone on my friend list and I'd do it again.

Truck go Vroom
Money go Up.

Good paradox game, but it being a Paradox game makes it have insane amounts of DLC
runs on my potato laptop rather well, and is a good to play while you're waiting for a plane or train.
would recommend if on sale.
