Also keep in mind, playing hard is fine, but don't be too rough otherwise 'the system' will crush you. Switch things up, take it easy and play in a relaxed state of mind. This helps to 'lose the heat'. If play too much, a bad experience is impossible to avoid, so take breaks often if you want to stay fresh. Everyone has good days, if today it's you, then tomorrow it will likely by your opponent having a good day. Learn to take this in stride and you'll be able to hold your head high with pride.
