Very much reccommed, battles can be over in less than 20m with a few thousand deaths maybe in multiplayer.

Not a huge number of players play coop/head-to-head with friends, but you should try one, very fun, makes for some interesting scenarios. Ex: I was Jozai that had to loan over 15k in the span of a few turns because he needed to delay an army. He's playing as Aizu and you can get +15 charge bonus and +4 melee attack from training camp bonuses. (rather huge especially if you get it even on spear levy that will charge line infantry)

Will be very terrifying to face him in head-to-head.
