Don't have "modding support" when it breaks your game at the slightest wind breeze

Another issue: Usually how it works is you spend forever clearing the map, every nook and cranny slowly and methodically. Then when you enter the last room, secure the final suspect or civilian. Turns out thats not the case at all! now spend the next 15 minutes navigating the maze of maps finding the one random guy you managed to miss.

Dead Multiplayer, though you can find lobbies. Play console for BO3 multiplayer

Great, Alive zombies mode with plenty of people and great custom maps.

However, an issue me and my friends face is NAT type. Regardless of what you do, no matter how vulnerable you make your internet and computer. You can't fix a strict or moderate NAT type. Which means you can not play with your friends, no matter what. and the lobbies you can find are very limited,

This game is very nostalgic but it will always suffer from the issues it suffered before.

for example - Poor combat mechanics, and every now and then someone will come along and spam curses on you making progression completely impossible.

you can download this game, play it for an hour or two to bask in the decade old nostalgia, and then delete this game and move along.

Most people look back at this game with infinite fondness of their younger years. This game is essentially the exact same thing, repeated constantly. it's the same enemies, boss fights and dungeons one after another.

don't revisit this game, let the nostalgia stay. Like anything you remember fondly, coming back to it will only ruin it. This game is not good, it never has been good. and nothing will ever make it good. let down your illusion.

This game is truly gooood. I like it, very moddable very moddable. However, I will say it's stability is questionalbe. and it will frustrate you to earths end if you let it, but it's all fixable. Use CKAN if you plan to mod, manual installations can be a doozy.

I'm an aerospace engineer, so I installed Ferram Aerodynamics Research and other realistic physics mods to drastically amplify this games' aerodynamics that are incredibly simplified. I recommend starting in stock then transitioning into FAR when you are confident. Unless you want a real challenge.

Of course, as mentioned I am a an aerospace engineer. I spend all my hours in the Space plane hanger digging my toes in there. I've been in space 5 times in my 1,500 hours. Yes, you could say i play the game wrong. it is called Kerbal --> SPACE <-- Program

I love this game, conquering engineering problems and building planes. I love it. i have a massive mod load order with aircraft part mods. And I've never gone back. Lovely jubly do recommend

Edit: Well, KSP 2 is out now, and not to long ago. However, i still recommend this over it for the time being, that will likely quickly change however. I'm not a fan of the half-passed "its early access you can't blame me for the fact its barely a game" mentality that every game has nowadays. but give it time and this game will be obsolete.

oh and also, earlier in the review i mentioned only going to space 5 times, however, with an additional 500 recently I ventured into the depths of space for a 6th time with a MiG-21 that had its engine replaced with a rocket engine. I know how orbits and transfers work so you'll be delighted to hear it slammed into the surface of the moon. You cannot land a plane like a plane on the moon by the way.

I know it says only 18 hours, but I usually buy my modules on steam (My card doesn't allow international purchases.) and then I transfer them to the standalone version.

I mainly fly very specifically the F-14, I know it like the back of my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. The feeling of DCS can't be beat. DCS gets this overpriced idea to it from most people, and with reason. The top-tier highest quality modules cost over $70 a pop. and unless your running an Xbox controller like I did when I first started a long time ago, other flight equipment will set you back almost a thousand dollars. My flight chair alone cost $500. but dropping $70 on a single plane might seem bad, but learning one plane is a serious experience, you can settle for that. You won't need $400 worth of aircraft to be satisfied. I literally only fly the Tomcat.

But, you are getting every ounce of what you pay for, these are full fidelity models. If an flight-worthy F-14 somehow, someday just magically appeared, I could theoretically hop into it and be more than qualified to fly it. (of course, not really. I'm missing a lot of the physically training that's necessary to be a pilot. I don't experience G's for example.)

That's how top-of-the-line these are, It takes a very long time to truly become a master of your air-frame, to learn all of its caviats. there are even low-fidelity planes like any of the Flaming Cliffs 3 modules, and these aren't nobody planes. the Su-27, the MiG-29, the A-10 and even the freedom-loving ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥' F-15C that are all insanely beginner friendly. Theres no need for a stepping stool like VTOL VR (which I still highly recommend) there are hundred of in-depth tutorials for absolutely every question, and friendly folks around every turn who jump at the opportunity to be a teacher.

Exercise patience, genuine interest and believe me, even though this game will set you back a paycheck. You won't regret it.

The major con that you seriously need to consider, is not just the money it will cost you, but because this games map is an open world experience, it's the entire Caucasus mountain range and it's pretty hardware intensive. Do your research and ensure you can handle that.

It's overall a really good game, plenty of fun. It'll hook you in for long seshes. There are a few issues, has to be modded, no way around it. It's borderline awful compared to a modded form but luckily it's all workshop modding. Also, DLC shoved into your face. You can use a few things even without the DLCs if you're spawned with them or spawned in them. But the watermarks are in your face and frustrating. So, if you play the editor download insane amounts of content mods and don't even think about touching anything DLC if you wish to remain happy. Of course you can buy the insanely overpriced DLC in some sick and twisted SIms 4 esk crap. But just use mods.

Listen, when i downloaded Walking Simulator. I got what was advertised. In this day and age that's not what i wanted. What i was hoping for was a new walking simulator. Something to truly revitalize the walking industry. Something to cherish, something to remember. instead what i found was something that never fired my soul. Instead of a captivating walking expereince i found myself beating my meat mid walk out of a typical walking narrative of point A to B. Also apprently you can fly which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
