this game still causes me physical pain

Definitely a great experience. If I can recommend anything to somebody experiencing this for the first time, do NOT look a single thing up. Not even if there's monsters in this area (There rarely are) or a puzzle you're stuck on (explore the map more, or check your rumor log).

Every bit of information is interesting and has character, and everything (except achievements) can be found on a wall or just through puzzling it out. The game is an amazing exploration game, so explore!

Good game, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ studio. Banned people literally hacking in weapons and crashing servers for 3 days.

Simply amazing. Such good additions to the game, such as Calamity, Terraria Overhaul, Thorium, Randomizer, as well as millions of other mods for the game, all community made and not even terrible to make if you're knowledgable at creating them. I've used tmodloader for many years, however they have recently made modloader an actual and official component of the game. Which is absolutely amazing.

philisophical, an experience i will never forget. In spite of it's simplistic graphics, it is simply a wonderful game and made me question many facets of my own existence. Thank you, so much, for publishing this game, as I feel more a wholesome man than I did before.

The final update is out. A bittersweet end to a wonderful era. However, the game has an amazing modding community. I remember playing this game back before Hardmode was added, and it's gotten better and better over time. If there's one game you must buy, this is DEFINITELY up there.
