Good, here's the pros and cons with my first 30 hours of suffering:
PROS:
+ Seek seek lest very vast land, the map is very vast enjoyable journey its about exploration
+ many gear, secret, etc
+ many new mechanics compared to ds1 such as hidden wall, pharros lockstone, petrified statue, hollowed, i-frames from ADP stats, etc
+ many enemies and bosses, LOTS of ambush
CONS;
- Clunky mechanics and need adaptation with your control from ds1
- level design not as good as ds1, i think there is lots of free space that empty
- constant ambush, with many ambush you'll used to it n maybe predict where the ambush is
- for me, the npc a lil bit boring n non memorable compared to ds1

conclusion: if youre seek exploration in a new land, this game is good, but first, you must adapt & master the control first
