Countries still being listed on the blacklist because they're not within PSN covered regions. People banned for vpn's still banned as far as I'm aware.
I'm within PSN coverage and I'm banned when I'm not online for weeks after deleting Sony/Playstation account for "breaking Terms of Service".

More and more of the playerbase is being banned by the day, soon all that will be left is people with a Playstation5 console. This is outrageous by any standard.

Phantasy Star Online 2 is a game that's very interesting. Vast character looks and cosmetics, most are obtainable without paying anything, and quick and fluid combat in certain circumstances.
Where cosmetics are the real endgame and the levels don't matter.

My only complaint, which I think is from my side of the monitor, but as of writing this review; I've been getting infinite loading-screens, and enemies in Recommended Quest's, Urgent Quest's, and Time Attacks. I'll be tinkering with settings and further looking into this issue other people have been running into after reinstall.
I haven't had these issues for about two months sense I started playing. Don't let my complaint turn you off from this game, very few are having these troubles as I am. I know other's who are not having this problem.
