Spawn in with your prison clothes and nothing else. Craft a stone knife. Cut up some clothes and craft a bag.
Get killed by a puppet!

Spawn back with your prison clothes. Craft a stone knife. Craft a stone spear. craft a bag. Craft a bow and some arrows. Loot some good stuff like a half broken pistol without a magazine and a gasoline can you can't carry with you.
Get killed by a puppet.
Rinse and repeat until you start getting the hang of the game, and actually start surviving and exploring and looting and building houses and barricades.

Awesome game, and it gets better by each update!

Took me a little while to get a hang on the crafting system, but now I like it more and more. Very creepy and scary during night time.
