High On Life is one of those games that does the whole checklist of must haves and then some;
From amazing graphics and optimization, to funny one liners, and sidekicks, the game is sure to keep you laughing. There's plenty of entertainment in this game for everyone, but while it can take you a while to 100% the game -Person pending, if thats what you do, yada yada- it still feels like the game is a little on the end game lacking side.

When you beat the game all you really can do is explore and go back for the lugloxes.

One thing I don't like is that you can't re-fight a bounty without starting a new game.
I think thats something they missed out on. Some of the boss fights in this game were really fun, and engaging, while others were more for comedic effect. Both, however, nailed their mark. But again, I wish you could fight them again.

Other'n the lack of endgame content, the game itself is really good, its funny, its engaging. its an all around good time

Murder becomes a very legal thing. Just don't do like me and slap a candle onto your desktop tower... [My PC survived with no damage all is good. I'm going back to playing in hopes to not do it again.]

SCUM is one of those games that can be an eye trigger to look at. And at first, it definitely is.
Over the months, they've re-worked the UI screens several time to make it more appealing, and they definitely are a lot easier to look at. During review time at least.

SCUM is one of those games I can't get enough of. Everything about SCUM can matter, thus providing a beautiful, yet, challenging survival game. What do I mean by this?

Remember when you caused a minor bleeding injury on your foot and used a dirty rag? Yeah, better treat that foot or you're getting an infection.

How about that time you drank spoiled milk? That was quite a bit of vomit.
Did you make your character Fat? Enjoy slow running, and metabolism, but being somewhat tanky.
Make your character too thin? You can run faster, but you'll find yourself eating a lot more.

Back on the point, SCUM is one of those games that does basically everything perfectly. The grind is definitely there, and can definitely be slow going at first, (but what game isn't), and the loot, gunplay, healing, all of that kind of thing isn't as dooky as some games that offer the same things. The AI is amazing, the voice lines for things like the Sentries (Giant Mechs in high tier loot areas like military bases) are amazing. (Seriously, one of my favorite lines from the sentry is "Would you like some of my cookies?" before attempting to turn you into a pile of blood with it's gun).

The game isn't nearly as difficult as it looks. It's an eye sore to look at the Metabolism Screen, but it DOES give you confirmation of what all of it means, and how it's maintained. Now I'm not going to say it's difficult, or easy, as there are a few factors. Such as skill, experience, and settings of the server/single player.

The game also has it's own custom PVP Battle Arenas. These are really fun, especially on High Pop servers. Basically play a more realistic battlefield. Games like Capture the Flag, TDM, FFA (Called DeathMatch), etc, are fun, and balanced. Everybody gets the same armor. They just choose their Primary, a secondary, and a melee. It's in smaller, domed off pieces of the gigantic map that SCUM offers.

SCUM is an underrated game, especially in these times. It offers more than games like DayZ, or even 7 Days to Die. The devs are also highly interactive with their communities on things like Reddit, Discord, and in some cases, Twitter. I've also noticed they're really active in Steam Threads as well, which is always great for reports and suggestions!

I think this game is definitely a consideration. Honestly a fantastic, if, under-rated game.

I enjoyed the game so much I forced my 9 of friends to play it with me by buying it for them. My wallet hated me and now I lack friends. Oh well, back to gamin!

I'm honestly not big on card games. Especially ones like this that involve pumping thought into it; But I have to say, the developer(s) of this game made it play out REALLY well. I have a lot of fun with this game, and it has an amazing story to tell. While being Eerie about telling them. Well done! ♥

Played this game many times; Back on PS4 too. It has amazing critters, Nicely designed characters, stunning graphics, on top of a well developed storyline and so much more.
If you like big open world adventure games, you might like it.

This game is hekkin fun. Unfortunately, it seemed as if most of the music used the same rhythm, I feel like nothing changed, honestly. If they added some faster paced rhythms to shoot, jump, dodge, etc. to, I would find it much more enjoyable (More than I already find it)

I beat the game in about an hour once I finally got the hang of it. I will say however, I don't much agree with the point system deduction over time. Especially because it *seemed* like it was going even though I was on the pause screen. Not sure if it's a bug or not. But I had to uhh --Carry out life duties-- and when I returned I went from that sweet 200k points to 0 on the last dungeon (Final Boss).

All-in-all, a very fun game with some very catchy tunes. I rate it a solid 9.989/10.

Feel free to check out the screenshots I posted from the "build" I had by level 3. Honestly, though, I was relatively lucky to get all in three dungeons, honestly, but was an insane build nonetheless.

Yes, welcome to borderlands. Murder everything you see. Oh look, a new gun. OOH and it's more powerful. Kill more things with it. Do this over and over until you beat the game, and then repeat this over and over again.

Seriously though, this game is a classic FPS Looter/shooter favourite of mine and I highly recommend it.

This game certainly had a lot of potential. No, it's not a bad game, but there are quite a few bugs that never really have been fixed. I feel like the devs completely disregarded the game entirely, There hasn't been an update since december 2020.

Not going to lie, this game Was a lot better before they added a battle pass; In my honest opinion, ( yes opinion, those exist on the internet, but are rare, ) any game is just awful if it has a pass;

Anywho, its not a bad game, but there can definitely be some improvements and balance changes.
You can see what the developers are aiming for, and that they're trying to make something great, so I have respect for that.
