Rfactor 2 is the best racing sim you can buy as far as realism goes. That's all there is to say really.

My son has been asking for this for a while so grabbed it on the Summer sale. He loves it but.. it has a huge flaw in that there's no inverted look on the camera which my entire family over 3 generations all use.. so if you are one of the 15%? or so gamers that are inverted/left footed this one will infuriate you.

My 8 year old Son and I are in a debate about what we should do about the review.. He loves it even though playing it is like standing on your head underwater for us. He's like Dad it's still a 5 star game for me.. I'm like no.. developers who leave out something critical like this need to learn a lesson, it's 1 star for sure, I'm getting a refund for since it's unusable. In the end I have decided he keeps it.. I'll give the benefit of the doubt with the assumption inverted look will get added fairly quickly. But really.. no inverted look...

I saw my 7 year old son watching videos about this game all day for a couple of days on youtube so I decided to get it for him. He's loving it so far. He's got a six core Xeon X5675 with 24gig ram (triple channel) and a RX 570 which runs the game OK. You can't run big battles without it dropping to a slideshow. I'm not sure if the game will run crossfire or not but it would be an ideal game to try that out. So yeah great game for kids but your fun maybe hardware limited.
