I was excited to give it a try, but as I have Steam Deck and no PC it was a bit of a no go for me. The current controls are pretty unwieldy on the deck, so I ended up refunding it. I tried various community layouts and none made up for odd targeting and movement or odd-feeling mappings. While I realize I could create my own controller scheme, I think it's important for games to not require that to be playable. I'm hoping (along with many others, I see) that native gamepad support will be added upon the full release. If that happens I'll definitely be back to try again!
