Pace diced green chilies,
2 tbsp

Pam cooking spray,
2 spray , about 1/3 second

How to Prepare:
1) Preheat the grill to high heat.
2) In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef and diced green chilies. Crush the bouillon cubes into a powder and sprinkle over the mixture. Mix thoroughly and shape into patties.
3) Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill the patties for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
4) Top each patty with a slice of cheese about 2 minutes before removing from the grill.
5) Serve on a hamburger bun and enjoy!

3 tablespoons of butter
(Once melted add half of seasoning)
3 tablespoons of flour
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups heavy cream
Rest of seasonings
1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Add half the cheese you mixed
Add pasta

Once layered, place in over to bake until a crispy layer forms on top (or for however long you prefer)

Coconut Crusted Chicken Strips

Salt,

How to Prepare:
1) Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2) Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a rolling pin or similar object, then cut into strips about 3/4 to 1 inch wide.
3) Prepare three bowls: one with coconut flour, another with a beaten mixture of egg and coconut milk, and the third with shredded coconut.
4) Coat each chicken strip in coconut flour, dip in the egg and coconut milk mixture, then coat with shredded coconut. Place on a baking sheet with space between each strip.
