There's not much more to it, so I'm going to assume you're interested in the OOB experiences.
My claim of 5 years is somewhat misleading. For the first year or so, the experiences came in the middle of bouts of sleep paralysis. "Forcing" them to happen was limited to purposefully invoking the food triggers that lead to me having sleep paralysis episodes and then hoping for the best.
