I only enjoy playing support in games and this game actively punishes you for playing support by giving you a lower score. On top of that Iron Fist is stupidly busted and not enjoyable to play against. Maybe give it a go in a few months but for now its just infuriating and annoying to play.

For some reason, the devs of this game hate listening to their community and insist on removing fun from this game. At this point it might be worth it to stay away from this game. Imagine not learning from the first war bond that you pre-emptively nerfed and doing it again. Devs clearly don't playtest their own game either as is shown by the devstream.

Literally only playable with friends, it isn't worth getting into it if you're new. The raiders have leveled up enough that the game is completely unfair and unfun if you're new.

Update: It amazes me that the developers can fail to see the flaws in their own game. I am unsure how they cannot fathom that the balancing is still flawed but it is. They tried to alleviate problems by having a new way to choose if you play raider or not yet all this did was increase wait times and then the survivors you do face are just more practiced.

Edit 2:Game is clearly dying. Please dont spend money on this.

Insanely fun game but there are jumps that feel way too crushing when you fail them and it feels too easy at times to be knocked back to the start.

Subnautica is one of, if not my favorite, games or game of all time. It is truly breathtaking at times, and it leads to a sense of wonder and exploration. This is probably the only game I have bought on multiple platforms.

I bought it and it doesn't even register that I have it in game?

Edit: I tried beating the game from the autosave near the end and that didn't work. I tried then beating the game all the way through and again did not work. It does not appear at all on the chapter select screen. I cannot recommend a game that you pay for and do not even have access to. If anyone has any advice on how to load I would appreciate it!

Edit 2: The game now appears to work so I will play it and rate it accordingly, however I am not forgetting that it was not playable when I first bought it.

Edit 3: There appears to be new forms of puzzles, however they do not make it clear how to do these types of puzzles and seem to expect you to know what you're doing. Turns out that you have to move your way around, which was not very clear to begin with. To me these types of puzzles have always seemed lazy in design and not enjoyable.

Edit 4: There is a reflex section in the game which is fun at first, but the problem is the coloring of the reflex section. You legitimately have to turn the brightness up and it is not friendly for those who have trouble telling colors apart.

Final review: The game is flawed. There is no other way to put it honestly, it feels unpolished and rushed. The puzzles can be challenging or just blatantly obvious. For 10 dollars, you get maybe 3 hours of gameplay. I do not know how it came to be like it did, but it feels weird and awkward. I do hope the next chapter comes off as more interesting though, as the idea seems good.

I'll admit it is fun to play, but I must critique that no rewards are given if you forfeit and players will take advantage of this and use the game mechanics to toy with someone that can't do anything. The lessening rewards is also really bad as it doesn't give much incentive to do much after a certain point.

The story of this game is great and most of it is genuinely enjoyable. This falls apart when the game is literally broken. There are intense and long sections of the game but they feel ruined with the way the save system performs. After you finish one of these long sections it is entirely possible for you to have to repeat it again because the game has a terrible auto save. I cannot in good faith recommend this game. Post game not being able to save detracts from the game as well since there is major post game story.
