They cannot count beyond the number 20. They cannot read. If they can read at all, they cannot understand what they read. And they don’t know science, the how and why of things.
Let's first start with the education. Most kids don't go to school. I know a lot of people here and all of them should be in school but they don't go. Then because of rain and heat, classes are shut down all the time. Lastly, the level of education and what's being taught, 11th grade math is like 5th grade math in USA.
