So we already know the new UI is beyond atrocious, idk how they thought it was good , they need to fire or retrain their staff

Also, i seem to have some of my BB legendary hunters taken away from me, such as Night Seer, Redneck, Night Acolyte, Redshirt, and Black Coat...

The game is charging me BBs for the characters when i have bought them previosly with BBs or through the Black Market that no longer exists....

I will try Crytek Support later today , still leaving it as negative , f u c k crytek

So its been 3 days since i emailed Crytek customer support, no response or even an automated message that they even received my email.....so i might take it upon myself to give em a call but ill think about it.....but so far...im dissapointed
Edit: 2nd Update, its been a week, absolute radio silence from crytek, not sure if i should even bother giving them a phone call, if i decide to call, ill update my review(rate customer service and notify if they helped), but for now, no longer purchasing anything from their store from now on....
Edit: 3rd Update, i did not contact them via phone call (itd be a waste of time), because i doubt they give a ♥♥♥♥ at this point cause i havent received even a single automated message/bot response in almost a month, so crytek can eat ♥♥♥♥ and i wouldnt recommend spending any money on this game as eventually (if you are unlucky as me) they will just take it back and nickel and dime you to buy it again(just grind the BBs, dont waste your hard earned money on skins)

Im worlds 1st speedrun competitor and my time was 15 minutes , ill be trying to beat it again soon
