I guess I should start by saying that the game isn't terribly bad. They wrote a decent story and there are plenty of small interactions available throughout the game that make it fun. There were a lot of dynamic angles which is something that I consider to be unique about the game. The biggest issue I have is a lack of replay value and a sense that the choices you are presented with don't effect the story in a meaningful way. After completing one side, we would test the other side to see how it was different. Based on other reviews of others, it seems like 5 hours is the standard amount of play time it takes to beat the entire game, so I guess I lucked out and made it 7 hours. Most of the fun came from using the cooperative actions to undermine and troll my co player. Along with those issues, the lack of a difficulty modifier made the game feel way too easy. Overall the story is good, but it is definitely a game I would rather watch than play.

I have been enjoying this game since the time of purchasing it. I suggest playing with headphones so that you can appreciate every suspenseful sound that helps manifests it's grim atmosphere. Limited vision, low health, slow walking speed, fast enemies, a small stamina pool, and having to ready your weapon to use it. The pain and difficulty sets the value of how rewarding my favorite parts of the game are. The rewards are saving up your resources to explore a new building or area, getting to make choices that alter a lore filled story in a significant way, and winning the fights. It makes me feel tense for the same reasons that dark souls does, and I recommend this game enough to have bought it for two of my other friends to try.

Best competitive shooter I have ever played

I have enjoyed Pesterquest so far and find that it is, so far, worth the price I paid. The first four episodes give more insight into the characters and supply the reader with more story to entertain and speculate on. I am excited to see where the story will go from here.

Very enjoyable going through all of the possible paths. It gives more perspective on troll culture based on their hemotypes which is really cool. I liked a lot of the characters just as much as the homestuck trolls, which I didn't expect to be possible. Another plus is that you will run into some of the trolls you have previously befriended while trying to make new friends. I bought all of the DLC because Hussie owns my soul essentially, and I think it was worth the cost. Zebruh is trash and deserved his deaths
