Hey, I've seen a discussion of yours talking about Refund Request delayed due to recent account changes. It was like 2 years ago and you were refunding CS:GO cause your laptop doesn't meat the minimum requirements. And I saw a comment in your discussion that it takes 3 days for it to approve cause of the delay. Was that true? Did you get your refund of CS:GO after 3 days? Thanks.
