PLEASE HELP!!!

my friend bought the game yesterday but the game doesn't open. tried a few things to fix it but no luck (Verify, uninstall and reinstall, firewall allow, clear cache

I have made use of Visual C++ Redistributable to repair any files & I manually download the dll files, still no luck.
