I am only recommending this game because of its potential. Gun play feels great reminds me of HALO, movement is nice and not overdone. But a big factor of the game play is portals. Every single map the areas you can place portals are in awful positions. You are better off running around rather than going through portals. They are in the most inconvenient places possible, you cant get any angles on people nor have fluid movement. If they do not fix the areas that you can place portals, then don't bother if you like the Split-gate 1. I know its in beta but if they cannot fix the map design then I see no point in playing the game. if you cant have better portal positions, and make the map fluid, then whats the point? Thats what this whole game is based off of. Fluid movement, combining portals to help switch up game play and add some uniqueness to it. If you throw that out the window with the second game then whats the point in even playing?

Fun but difficult. Only reason I bought this game. Single player is available ignore old ratings. Once again hard but fun and the difficulty makes sense story wise, very much recommend trying it out, it would be even better with friends. Awesome mode with appropriate difficulty. Only complaint is optimization. I can run it fine on a 3070, but it has its moments of awful frame drops but it only lasts for a second or two. Definitely grab this free dlc fun and hard, best played with teammates, but you can make it happen solo.

In typical call of duty fashion they ruin what worked in the past. The new perk system is something to laugh at. I don't get some of my perks until mid game?? Only a couple of weapons are worth using in typical call of duty fashion. I do not recommend this game at all. Save your money and buy something else. Trust me when I say you will have more fun than this disappointment to the franchise. I understand its a beta, but many things will not change. They never seem to listen to the community. I do not see this game lasting long at all.

All I have to say is that its a great game and I love the idea of it. But yes its early access so there will be a few bugs here and there and the only major problem Ive had with the game is that the ai are very stupid sometimes. (they will be getting shot at and not shoot back therefore eliminating my $5,000 squad.)

p.s (I heard that they might be getting mod support so if youd like mods with the game they might me coming soon. and this is also a rumor so it might me false)
