So I originally bought this game for around $11 dollars because it was on sale, and it was a meh game for it's price, I refunded it and then later noticed it was on sale again but for $2 dollars and I felt like that was the right price for the content you are getting in the game.

The games graphics overall are pretty decent and polished, so on that aspect it's done well.. But the gameplay feels a bit stiff and clunky, holding a weapon and running looks off and feels weird, so maybe making the running mechanics more smooth would add an awesome layer of improvement. Now onto the models, items, and other object elements in the game, it personally feels like an unreal asset flip, I'm not saying it is but I'm sure I've seen many of these models on the developer marketplace. I'm just saying that it's possible to easily replicate the game/gameplay just by buying FPS templates and models on the unreal engine market. But if we put that aside, I love the bloody, brutal gore aspect of the game, smashing and shooting zombies feels awesome it could be improved but I'm taking into account that this game is in early access so hopefully in future updates they will improve it. So I'm just saying if it's on sale definitely get it but otherwise I'm not so sure..

I personally feel that there isn't enough gore and violence in this game, sure when you execute someone their head disappears and a small cartoon blood splash appears.. But it would be awesome if the developers added some kind of dismemberment into the game when strong weapons are used against enemies..

But I do love the graphic design style as much as the original one, the music is also amazing (creepy and disturbing) just like the first one.. and I also love that there is only the sound of bullets, wind, and people screaming while you are playing through the levels in single player.

But there is still some things that should be fixed in the game, it feels pretty clunky just like the first one and shooting people is barley satisfying (which it should be in a game like this).. I feel if they smoothed the gameplay out a little and made it feel more enjoyable to rampage then I think it would be an awesome game.

Now I understand that the first game obviously has a lot of issues since it was released in late 90's but this was released in 2016 and there is no excuse for the shooting and moving aspect of the game. But besides all of that for the price it is definitely worth it and you will get at least half an hour of enjoyment at a time because it's not one of those games you can play for a long stretch of time..

I bought this game for $5 dollars because I liked the style of the game and the comedic value represented, after downloading I started to play and whenever I attacked the enemy's either by shooting or hitting them with the dildo it felt very stiff and un-satisfying.. However there are a lot of positive things that this game offers.

This game has a lot of little funny moments and references to things like (the Simpsons, Star Wars, etc) and I did chuckle a couple times during the game with moments like when you kill the boss at the end with the dildo.. But for me personally the bad things out-weigh the good things in the game, majorly the price is pretty high for the amount of gameplay we receive (2-3 hours) I mean I beat this game in 2 hours.. I think they could have made the price lower or increase gameplay time..

The graphics are ok but I'm not going to base anything on that since I personally don't care how bad the graphics are but certain things in the gameplay that could be smoothed over because I ran into so many glitches during my gameplay (falling through the map, getting stuck inside walls) but it doesn't make it unplayable..

If you can find this game on sale (which it never is) I would get it but otherwise for the price right now it's not completely worth it..

This game is completely broken, when a security guard or hostile attacker throws a punch or hurts you your health depletes very quickly and you can barley even take down a bad guy.. fix this game, also there are so many glitches like if I click escape twice in the settings the game will just overlay the buttons and I will sometimes get flinged outside the map. THIS GAME IS UNPLAYABLE!

There is one problem I wasn't expecting from this game, the zombies move way to fast unlike the trailer they show us in the store page.. please fix it because I cannot go past another level because the zombies are way too fast.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
I downloaded this game a couple months to a year ago because of the inviting cover images and screenshots shown on the store page, and after reading the description and seeing the trailers/teasers I was definitely excited to play it since I loved shooting Nazi zombies in other games like 'Call of duty WAW' so I bought it as soon as I could.. I first tried to play co-op campaign mode but soon realized that the online mode was most likely dead at this point, so I decided to just play single player mode, here's my review so if I say something you don't agree with, just remember it's my personal opinion.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲:
Well I understand that this game was more directed towards online players from what I'v seen, but I just have to get it out there that the story is very limited and the game is mainly focused on gameplay mechanics and things that don't involve cut-scenes. I conclude this because there aren't very many cut-scenes in the game and if there is one it is only a couple seconds long, and this isn't a big problem unless you are looking for a more cinematic experience.

𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬:
This game definitely can get very repetitive after a while on single player mode since the objectives are very basic and mostly repeated throughout the entire campaign game, so within the first chapter of the campaign I started to get a little bored because there wasn't really anything interesting or exciting about each chapter.. Seriously! one whole chapter could go something like this: "find the skull" then "survive the siege" then "find the church" after that then "survive the horde" and that will be repeated through the whole game almost with little to no change except finding some other random location then surviving another horde.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞:
I have to definitely give credit to the developers for creating the perfect environment and atmosphere for the game, all the locations look very interesting and Rebellion definitely captured the tone with the disturbing and foggy streets of Berlin with cobble roads and abandoned houses/structures. But one problem I have is when using machine guns the recoil is very annoying and sometimes you have to use up to one magazine to kill a single zombie.

𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐞:
I included this tab because gore plays a big role in zombie based video games right? .. also every game should have at least good gameplay mechanics since that obviously is a big part in any video game. So the graphics are pretty average for an AAA game released in 2013 but the gameplay is very good with smooth sniping, controls, and movement especially when played on PC (personally it gives the best gameplay experience when played on PC). But there are some issues with the gore in my opinion, when shooting zombies using weapons such as MP40 or any kind of machine gun it feels extremely clunky since it doesn't do enough damage and it feels very unsatisfying, the only weapon that feels somewhat nice to kill zombies with is your sniper weapons since you can make heads explode in one shot (unless you are shooting an elite zombie or something). I feel like if they added body damage like bullet holes.. killing zombies would feel way more satisfying, the only gore that is caused by bullets throughout the whole game is the head explosion animation and texture, it's like they didn't even bother with that side of the game.

Well good luck if you can find any players online, even on the trilogy game that was released in 2015 has a dead online mode, so if you can find some friends you know to play with.. the experience will most likely be as it was intended when released.

I know I made a lot of negative points through this review but that doesn't mean I don't recommend buying it, I would definitely recommend buying it because it is worth the price that it's being sold for.. it is a blast even with all the technical issues included.

When I first booted up this game I was pretty excited to play a zombie based counter strike game for the first time.. but during an online match I noticed that the environments were very bland and un-creative (In my personal opinion) and pretty empty with poor looking assets, I found myself playing for a total of 10 minutes before getting bored and switching to another game... I feel like this game could be majorly improved and become something awesome, possibly including a steam workshop so people can upload exciting things like the game: 'Left for dead 2' did.

Don't let this review spook you into not downloading it, I say give it a try and maybe you will have a completely different opinion.. so yeah.

This game was really, really fun and I enjoyed every intense mission of the story mode, it can get mildly repetitive at some point during the game.. but the cut scenes and the levels even it out for the most part. When I finished the story mode I was really frustrated that it was very short since it only took me around 3 hours to beat (wish it had more levels and story).

I bought this game for a really worth it price of $1.06 and for this price I would definitely recommend this game to anyone a fan of very gritty, violent, and unique games. The game reminded me of another game called 'Manhunt 2' which is my all time best game and when I played this I got really excited. So please check this game out and ignore the negative comments since it's not a bad game at all!.

This game is a guilty pleasure to be honest, I don't like to admit I enjoy it, but I actually do, yes it's extremely buggy and cannot compare to the legendary POSTAL 2, but this game has something special to it, the music is really good, the hand-drawn HUD and style of the game makes it feel unique, and I just feel if they would've given it more time and not rushed it out, many more people would like it. I know many RWS fans will probably be bashing me for my opinion on the game, and I could spend hours stating the negatives but I usually like to focus on the positives of games. The state this game is in, I feel it's definitely not worth the price, half the time the game key doesn't even work because you have to use some 3rd party login-thingy, it's a real mess, so I re-bought it on ♥♥♥ because I'm not giving the devs money for a broken product. Anyway, you should get it on ♥♥♥ or some other site if considering purchasing it, I respect your opinion if you really despise this game.
