As someone who played for years, EGS really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ all this. No games refreshes every 5 seconds to more empty and offline servers, unskilled servers or full the few times you find one stable enough to play on. All I do when I launch this is hope that it's back to normal but no, they really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ this one. RIP to a semi-decent game now turned fully ♥♥♥♥.
