Late on fewer than 3 occasions in 6 months. Responds to setbacks or adversity with redoubled vigour and enthusiasm. Will never accept that defeat is a foregone conclusion, and inspires others to stay positive and fight on. Not necessarily a powerful build, but someone who is capable of taking on heavy, physically demanding jobs. Usually defensive when efforts are criticised – but they nevertheless tries to learn from mistakes.
