That is a real question.

I will not accept random friend request unless you specify why you're friending me, and how exactly you found me. Or if your profile is private. I WILL accept a friend request if I've met you in a game. So be sure to leave a comment on my profile on how you found me, and why you're adding me.

Saying you found me through Steam won't cut it. Name the method you used to find my profile. The only way I would accept a request is if I've met you during a game or some other sort of social interaction. Thank you
