The spinner is just a preview of the system. Not the actually the one that picks the winners. even if you have 99.99% there is a slighy possibility that it will not show your picture (Thats due 1) Website Lag (NOT BOT Lag) 2) Your internet's lag 3) Broswer Cache 4) The preview didnt add your picture on the spinner all of those tho have nothing to do with the picking winner system.
