GIS completes more than 75% but less than 90% of assignments on time and to a good standard. In all aspects of work, GIS is not satisfied unless achieving the highest standards. Works relentlessly to improve skills and knowledge, and the quality of work output. When ideas are challenged by others, GIS listens to their view politely, but is able to maintain a position firmly and persuasively without aggression. GIS can hold and engage an audience, but not convincing or persuasive enough to be used as a keynote speaker/presenter.
