This was my first experience with the Mafia series, and what a ride this has been, the story-telling in this game is amazing, the story is divided into different missions (called chapters) with little intermissions in between to further progress the story. This game is really good looking, and the cutscenes just look incredible. I have encountered a few bugs with cutscenes however, I believe this was caused by playing the game outside of fullscreen and tabbing out of the game during cutscenes. Now, the gameplay is refreshing, Mafia: Definitive Edition adds features I didn't even know I wanted such as a speed limiter while driving in a car which auto-adjusts to the speed limit in your given area, the game also puts indicators where to turn by making ghost signs which I find really neat. The gunplay in this game is great, I love how you're not able to shoot fully accurately out of a car like in GTA for example, and i love how the enemies actually pose a threat to you especially with a shotgun up close. Overall I'd rate this game 8.5/10
