a 2017 game released in 2023...
Makes horizon zero dawns facial animations seem like a masterpiece when compared to this games pure wooden stiffness which honestly doesn't make sense.

Honestly, if I hadn't gotten this for free I would heavily consider buying it. The cape is beautiful (and can be dyed), the lute comes with a few new songs, just honestly a lot of content for 10 dollars.

this game changed my life

A really good game I've been playing since the beginning, wait for sale though.
The only DLCS you really need are Leviathan and Utopia.
The others in order of importance from most to least IMO are:

>Federation - Pretty much necessary if you want to work with the AI.

>Nemesis - Pretty much only get this if you want to do (kinda useless but cool) spy stuff, you can also become the crisis but this feature is undercooked.

>Synthetic Dawn - If you're interested in playing robots, or fleshing them out.

>Megacorp - Primarily just get this one for the new Megastructures it adds, although mega corps are fun to play.

>Overlord - Just adds more stuff for vassalization and subjugating empires.

>Distant Stars/Relics story pack - Adds more exploration events to the game, not really noticeable until you put a hundred hours into the game.

>Species Packs - Any order, but Toxoids and Aquatics are the best.

I was going to give this game a negative review, but that broke the golden rule. Had to rewind...

Pretty solid game, excellent art style and climbing mechanics.
There are some pretty annoying bugs though, such as the choppy audio, as well as the performance issues.
