operation Capone is fairly easy to understand..
Ukrainian chocolate factories are pumping out Ouija Boards and Pointers made out of Chocolate (dark dark /white/marble/reg dark chocolate). After the Boards are made, they are shipped out to potential haunted locations. Many locations in Ukraine are already haunted but there are some really haunted locations in UK and in the USA.
Plan is to have some girls (3 persons must direct the Pointer) use the Board, explain to the dead the plan is to have them become part of the chocolate Ouija Board, which will be melted down later back at the same Ukrainian chocolate factory.....and re set the chocolate as new smaller chocolates and boxed and shipped out to Putin by Valentine's day... aka "Capone"..//
