Unanimous Declaration of 13 States of the United States of America:

In the course of human historical events, when it is necessary for a nation to lift its political ties with another nation and to achieve independence and equality among the world powers in accordance with the laws of nature and God's will, the sincerity of human opinion With respect, they are required to declare their reasons for being independent and independent.

We believe the following truth is self-evident: everyone is created and equal, and the Creator grants them some non-transferable rights, including the right to life, freedom, and the right to pursue happiness. In order to guarantee these rights, a government was established that was agreed by the governed. Once any form of government undermines these goals, the people have the right to change it or abolish it and establish a new government. The principles on which the new government is based and the way in which it organizes its power must make the people believe that only in this way can their security and happiness be most likely to be guaranteed. It is true that prudence will prevent a long-established government from being changed for trivial and temporary reasons. All past experience has also shown that human beings are more inclined to endure suffering that they can tolerate rather than abolish them to save themselves. He refused to approve the laws that are most beneficial and necessary for public welfare.

Deceptive trials are used to shield those who kill our inhabitants of the state and to give them impunity.

The abolition of the British legal system guaranteeing freedom in neighboring areas, the establishment of an authoritarian government, and the expansion of its borders, in an attempt to make it a model and a handy tool in order to lead the same authoritarian rule to our colonies. Cancel our charter, repeal our most precious decrees, and fundamentally change our form of government. Shut down our own legislature and have the right to make laws for us on all matters.

At each stage of these coercive policies, we have asked for corrections in the most humble terms; the answers to each appeal have only been repeatedly damaged. A monarch is unworthy to be the ruler of a free people when his actions have been branded with a tyrant.

We have not disregarded our British brethren. We remind them from time to time that their legislature attempts to impose unreasonable jurisdiction on us; we have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We once appealed to their innate sense of justice and chivalry, urging them to remember the same kind of fellowship and resist those predatory acts so as not to affect our connection and friendship. But they turned a deaf ear to such a righteous, flesh-and-blood call. Therefore, we have to declare separation from them and treat them the same way as other nations in the world: fighting against us is the enemy; and reconciling with us is our friend.

Therefore, we, the representatives of the United States of America gathered at the General Assembly, in the name of and authorized by these kind peoples of the colonies, appeal to the most upright and just people in the world, explain our solemn intentions, and solemnly declare : These united colonies have since become, and must, in accordance with their rights, be free and independent nations; they have discharged all their obligations to loyalty to the British royal family, and have since completely severed and must sever all political ties with the Kingdom of Great Britain. As free and independent nations; they have full authority to declare war, make peace, ally, trade, or take all other actions that independent nations have the right to take. In support of this declaration, we swear to each other with the firm faith of God's blessing, with our lives, our possessions, and our sacred honor.
