Ending my 12 hour gaming session of this game from its release and I have spent a total of 2 hours in character creation, due to not finding a nice hairstyle that will suite my character. Seriously, where are all the hairstyles with bangs??? Aside from the initial 2 hours, I have gone back and forth in changing my hair and I am still undecided.

So far, what really impressed me is how smooth the movement is in the game, both in combat and out. The story is good so far, and easy to understand. The graphic (if you can run it) is gorgeous, and the world is amazing. The little details and accessories in each area really shows more diverse cultures depending on where you are in comparison to the older games.

Negatives? I would say the art design will be something to get used to as I wasn't a fan of the pixar-ish looking art. Kinda wonky looking where some characters look short and stubby(?). The NPCs in the world don't feel.... real? in a sense? It almost feels like everyone knows each other and knows who does what at this point, maybe I just miss the realism in the previous games but there definitely was more NPCs still learning, training, or just plain civilians. Somehow everyone in the game feels like they're at lvl 99 where Rook is at 0.

TLDR; I say game's still worth especially if you're a fan of the DA series, gives you that conclusion to the story. Immersion is still not there, and feels like the game is banking on your nostalgia. Regardless, it's still fun, buy it and we can all use hair 51 together.

Tom and Ivan, I hope you read this because I still... AFTER 5 agonizing hours of hearing you both drone on and on about "3..2...1...JUMP!" do not understand why we need to count down when the jump is close and not even moving. AND THEN get mad AT ME for jumping SIMPLE JUMPS!!

When you with your full diapers dangle and spin in circles pulling everyone down with you. Out of pettness and as a form of revenge, after the 4th hour each time I fell I myself decided to spin in a circle the same way you have spun around my life.

Kyle. you betrayed me. I hate you all.

I'll see you for the night market on the 13th. I'll pick you up.

10/10 good game.

Honestly, if you've played and enjoyed Beholder 1 & 2 then you can't go wrong with Beholder 3, it takes the best features of both games and combined it into one. You get the running the apartment with strategizing on which tenants to have in the building to being able to get another job in the ministry with whole 'nother level of stories.

Similar to the previous two games, there's a lot of management needed, as things can get stressful quickly but with the right strategies and with the few tricks you'll learn then managing money will be alright!

Overall, great game! A must for fellow Beholder lovers, one with the ministry!
