This review is gonna be a quick real simple review for ATS is honestly such a simple game that doesn’t really deep dive into a whole lotta stuff. Anywhos, here’s the review (as always, thanks for reading!):

American Truck Simulator is a game where you literally drive trucks- That's it- Nothing too big, nothing too special, nothing bizarre. You pick your character profile, name your company, pick a starting location, and have at it. The whole objective of the game is literally just: own a truck, drive a truck, become a billionaire with a truck company. Personally for me I enjoy this game for in my eyes it is a very simple, calm, relaxing game where I can kick back, drive a virtual truck, and jam out to music because I know I’ll never be able to achieve that status in the real world. The DLC for this game pretty much consists of: a handful of states (mainly consisting of the western states though), a couple special truck loads for hauling around the country, and what I assume is either truck parts or cosmetics (I didn’t buy those for I never saw any interest in them)? The game's graphics are alright and the world building is decent and pleasant to look at (unless you find the road VERY interesting) and what little tidbits of music exist are pleasant to hear every now and then.

I don’t have t o o much to complain about when it comes to this game for truth be told there’s not much exactly to complain about. Though I will say that I do fall into the sheep flock of: the state DLCs should be lowered a bit or should be merged together in bundles linked to a title related to the group of states instead of being sold individually (Or something like this, a few negative reviews on here mentioned this idea and I agreed to it but at the same time I believe they already have something like this plus the auditions of part packs, cosmetics packs, and tuning packs?). I'm not really much for complaining about world building or “How boring this state looks” or “How undetailed the city spots/locations are” because my main focus is on driving around and making deliveries while having a good time. Again, this game is very basic (or at least to me) and I'm not gonna make a big fuss out of that sorta stuff since it's not particularly my focus. Another thing I'm gonna bring up here is redlights not specifically located in cities but in general everywhere (this complaint is gonna be so nit-picky its not even gonna be funny). In my life span of 18 years I’ve encountered many red lights either while driving myself or riding with someone who is driving. Most red lights I’ve encountered normally stay red until there is little to no traffic coming from the left and right side and then it stops for them and turns to green for us, or goes on a short timer span and then swaps over or even runs off of sensors in the ground. In ATS I’ve found it very funky that I’ll pull up to a red light and sit there for a whole whopping 2-3 minutes with NO TRAFFIC coming from either direction (or anywhere) and then it finally gives me the go ahead. I don't know if this is a bug or not or it was intended to be this way, but it's kinda funky and it slightly bothers me to the point where sometimes if I'm running late or about to be running late I’ll just blow the red light and take my loss of a ticket.

I wrap up this review by saying this again for the 4th or 5th time: ATS is a very simple game with simple game mechanics and a clear as glass objective of just owning a truck company. There really isn’t an end goal to this game and I don’t think there ever will be unless an end goal is personally deemed as doing something or obtaining something by the player. The DLC states are a nice addition to have if you want more states to wander around and drive in, the parts/cosmetics are a nice addition too if you’re into that sort of thing but honestly I personally don’t see them worth the extra small amount of money and would rather recommend getting the state DLCs instead. Overall and in the end I’ll recommend this game for I’ve gotten a couple good/fun times out of it and it’s a very pleasing/relaxing thing to experience. And as always, I thank you for reading :)

Oh come all ye faithful and gather round the Steam review box, for the developer company Airdorf Games and the publisher company New Blood Interactive have blessed us with a wonderful, creative gem of a game. Not to mention; Gary, a normal HuMaN BEinG just like you and I has blessed us and loves us :) (There will be spoilers in this review, please take note of this warning). FAITH: The Unholy Trinity was a game that I didn't know existed at all nor did I hear about it. Heck, even my own father who isn’t a gamer at all knows stuff about the game. This game was gifted to me on Christmas day of 2022 from my little brother with a note that said nothing at all except: “Have fun” and oh boy did I have fun. Going into it blind was truly a great experience, and I loved it tremendously because it added onto the mystery of what the game's story was, how to solve/work through the puzzles, and figure out how to deal with certain enemies. Lets get into it now :)
The story of the game is fairly simple: you’re a priest working for the Catholic church, you have to finish what you started years ago, solve the mystery of the demonic possessions, and stop the Profane Sabbath from happening. Keep in mind, none of this is approved by the Vatican. All while you do that, the story is explained in two ways which is just playing through normally (which explains the bare minimum of what is going on but still gets the main point across), and by collecting all these hidden notes around the world in each chapter that you find by defeating a certain enemy, walking up and interacting with a certain object, or completing a puzzle (gets into the real deep dive of the lore and gets the main point across plus the extra important parts across). Doing that will take a while to find/collect all of them for they’re hidden pretty well and a few of the tasks/challenges you have to do to obtain some is pretty hard. For a game like this, the story is alright and it satisfies one's needs at the end of the day. Gameplay was, truth be told, very simple for it mainly consisted of just moving around from screen to screen, solving puzzles, defeating an enemy or two, the occasional boss fight, and then moving onto the next screen. Combat in this game was interesting for most games combat consists of using a firearm, your fists, magic, a melee weapon or something along those lines but all you’re armed with in this game is the cross which creates some conflicting parts to the game in combat sections- Like, don’t get me wrong its unique and I liked it for it was something new and something that I haven’t seen before personally. The whole idea is that if a demon or enemy was charging at you, you hold up the cross in their direction and it’ll damage them eventually leading to their death. But while you hold up the cross, you can’t move or rotate your character which can lead to some difficult parts (or to some people: issues/problems with it. But personally I view it as a slight challenge). However, the way the devs decided to combat this is they slow the enemies down when holding the cross up, and they die fairly fast. But with this, I still feel somewhat iffy about it for again, it can lead to difficulties in certain parts of the game and can be very bothersome for boss fights or moments where enemies are all around you because you can easily be overwhelmed with having to prioritize something, or you don’t react fast enough. Don’t get me wrong, I get and understand the concept of having to prioritize either the boss to quickly end it or prioritize the enemies to take a lot of stress off of you. But, as stated earlier, you cannot move when holding the cross up nor rotate your character so you are forced to choose a direction and stick with it till the enemy dies all while another may jump you from behind causing you to stop focusing one the one you're attacking (an example would be the chapter 3 secret clinic boss fight where you had to defeat the boss, while having to fend off a bunch of babies or the creatures the babies would form when they combined). One thing that I found myself complaining about big time as I played through it was the cutscenes and dialogue. Nothing was wrong with the dialogue itself between the characters talking to one another or a character talking to themselves, the voice changers that was used for the voices was really cool and I liked it, and nothing was wrong for the cutscenes themselves as well for they were REALLY well animated as well as rotoscoped extremely well too. The thing that annoyed me the most with cutscenes and dialogue was the fact that you can’t skip anything at all. I think this complaint honestly is just a matter of personal opinion, but when I played the game (before version 1.2) there was no option to skip cutscenes nor skip through dialogue (I’m unsure if there is still no option for it now cause I haven’t played the game since I beat it. If there is, this removes my complaint with it) which bugged the fire out of me because I found myself dying quite a bit during boss fights and was forced to watch the same cutscene over and over again, or end up listening to a character's speech before it happened. I understand that like, the cutscenes are 5 - 10 seconds long at MOST, and I understand that the dialogue before a boss fight (or even the cutscene too) could be or is important but even with all that I still found it somewhat annoying to die to a boss, get the death screen, and then am forced to watch the intro cutscene for the boss again for the 5th time or hear the characters speech for the 5th time in a row. With all of this being said, I believe FAITH is a really great game and it caught me by surprise with how good it was when I played it. The characters in it are great (despite John being a baby about stuff. But, he battles with his own demons in it so it's excused), the gameplay was extremely smooth and easy, boss fights were fun and challenging, the soundtrack was alright (with only two songs being really good imo), the Atari like graphics were very charming and added onto the horror experience, and the endings of every chapter satisfied my needs at the end of the day. Besides my one complaint about the non-skippable parts of the game, I believe that this game is a masterpiece that can easily be loved by many players out there in the world. The story isn’t all that complex, the game has it’s difficult moments but they can be passed by easily once you nail down what you’re doing, and there’s nothing at all that is hard about movement or controls so overall it is a game that a player can easily get into with no issues or controls over stuff like that. Needless to say, at the end of the day, I will always recommend this game to people asking/looking for a new game to try out for I enjoyed it/loved it very much, just like how Gary, a normal HumAN bEinG loves it and you too :)
And as always, thank you for reading this review and sticking to the very end of it. It means a lot and I appreciate it.
Signing off,
m o r t i s.

This review is going to be a curveball review, I know it is. And it’s probably gonna be a very weak review because of that but I'm still gonna try to get my points across. Also, no spoiler warning here because I’m sure everyone who is playing this, has played it, or will play it knows what all happens in Star Wars. Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga took all original Lego Star Wars games and completely REVAMPED them with modern graphics, new mechanics, and a BUNCH of new content and features which is all incredibly amazing. However, even with all of this new and amazing stuff, this game to me personally is… Meh? Good at best? It’s honestly a debate between those two opinions and I shall now cover them. The open-world part of this game is fantastic, and I believe it is hands down the best new thing this game has to offer. The ability to go anywhere in the galaxy (as long as you have that area unlocked) at any time? Top notch stuff right there. Each area in this game is very detailed and essentially matches all the areas inside of the movies down to a T. The movement and gameplay with the characters is great and I don’t have any major complaints about it except how they removed and changed how certain characters work. For example, small characters (like Ewoks and young Anakin) used to be the only characters that were able to crawl into vents and access areas. Now, they can’t do that and instead you have to use a droid like C3PO and split him in half to enter the vents now. Why did that have to change? It removed a key feature of the small characters, and has now kinda made the game a bit harder because if you wanna access a certain area, or unlock something that involves a vent, you now have to unlock a droid and enter that mission in free roam. Another feature they removed is how droids like R2D2 were able to fly (or hover) for a short period of time which in the original games would create interesting platform sections and puzzles. In the new game they can’t, and now instead use a grappling hook or something of that sort. Again, why did that have to be removed as well?.. Ship controls can be a bit funky and wonky, especially in co-op mode. In some areas of the game, if you’re in co-op mode, both players are allowed to fly two separate ships (EX: player one could be the Millennium Falcon while player 2 could be an X-wing) which is fine, that's not an issue at all. But what IS an issue however is the other areas of the game where players are forced to share a ship (EX: the mission where you’re going through the planet core in episode I, or in episode V after Han, Leia, C3PO, and Chewbacca escaped Hoth and now have to fight their way past an Imperial fleet of Star Destroyers). One player controls the ship, the other controls the gun(s). To some this may be fine and dandy but to me and my friend who has played this game with me ever since I got it, sections like this are always troublesome and awkward/wonky because of controls. Co-op mode in this game is alright. The only complaint I have about it is the camera which is awful. Why couldn't they make it like it was in the original game where the camera was focused on both characters at all times and if a player happened to be left behind, they would just teleport to the closest character available by player 1, or make it to where if one character wanders off too far, the camera would split HORIZONTALLY and not VERTICALLY LIKE THE GAME ALREADY HAS IT (which by the way, you CAN’T change whatsoever. Unless they added the option to and if that's the case, then this complaint has been fixed) which is terrible in itself. This game pretty much nails down every episode’s storyline down to a T with comedic bits and pieces scattered throughout because it’s a Lego game, every Lego game has its comedic moments. However, with a few of those comedic events, it can sometimes go over the top a bit and somewhat ruin what was a serious scene in the movies (for example, Luke finding out Darth Vader is his father) which isn’t a major complaint, but it can be a bit iffy sometimes- The comedy aspect of it also plays into the awkwardness of the quotes. One example would be the Order 66 quote where Palpitine accidentally said Order 67 (the comedic aspect), and then corrected himself to say Order 66. But when he said this, what was supposed to be a very serious and dramatic event, ended up being an awkward moment of: “Okay.. He said the quote and the line, but all the Clone Troopers are still dancing in the background.. I don’t feel as bad, sad, or shocked at this…” Another example would be when Vader reveals he’s Luke’s father. The scene is perfect, Luke is hanging from the small platform and Vader is looking down at him, the music is playing and a scene of tension is created. Then, the line comes in which shocked everyone around the world, “Luke, I am your father..” and Luke screams and denies the claim. And then all of a sudden it’s ruined entirely by R2D2 coming in and doing his scream which causes the reaction of Vader kicking him off the platform and Luke jumping after him. See what I mean? The quotes are there, and they’re great, but the comedic aspect and sequences of the game ruins the tension, the feels, the suspense, and all those other emotions that the movie gave us when watching it, or for players that are just now experiencing a Star Wars Lego game for the first time. The voice acting in this game is God awful and I despise it entirely. The VA’s for the characters barely show any emotions when speaking in serious/dramatic events. The VA’s don’t put in any effort (or it seems that way) to convey the seriousness of the situation, and the acting is very awkward at a lot of points throughout the game. A lot of the characters sound nothing like they originally did in the movies and the fill-ins or whatever they’re called didn’t do a great job at all when it came to the voice acting of the characters- (And I know what a lot of you all are probably thinking, “What about Leia?” We all sadly lost Carrie Fisher years ago too soon, and I’m 100% willing to give credit where it’s due for the new VA of Leia in this game for she honestly did a decently good job. Also yes, I'm aware that the VA's for the Clone Wars TV series came in for episodes I - III and honestly they didn't do that bad either- Everything else though is total trash). As I finish writing this review, I’ve slowly started to realize that while I enjoy this game by myself, or playing it with my best friend, I can’t seem to find a way to recommend this game to people. This game has its good aspects, and introduces new features and some things that a lot of Lego Star Wars fans have been asking for since the first game came out. But with those good aspects, in my eyes the bad parts of it seem to outweigh the good parts of it- I can click with this game very well, and I enjoy my time playing it with friends, I really do. But with all these negative flaws, after about 30 minutes to an hour of gameplay, I just get tired of it all and go and play something else- Maybe I’m just so used to how all the original Lego Star Wars games are, maybe I’m just hooked on the “nostalgia” trip of the old games that this game gave me when I first played it and it’s causing me to not see this game in its full pride, glory, and fun and I miss how the old games are. I don’t know what the reason is, but whatever it is is causing me to feel this way and feel these things about this game. I guess what you can rule this review down to is a love-hate relationship. If you’ve made it this far in the review, thank you for reading this. It means a lot :)

THIS CONTAINS SPOILERS, PLEASE DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER BEYOND THIS WARNING IF YOU WISH TO PLAY IT.
Kingdom Come Deliverance opened my eyes to a whole other world with realistic RPGs. The fact that a studio can sit here and make a game like this is truly amazing and outstanding and I can tell you full heartedly, that this is one of my favorite games of all time. The characters, the character development, the storyline, the soundtrack, everything about it is an absolute masterpiece and I will always treasure the game (yes, even the bugs/glitches that happen in it). The fact that this is also based on actual real life events that took place in real places is something that really fascinates me because as far as I have read about this time period on my own time, it matches up pretty much on par with everything that happened (with of course it’s tweaks to things, and the probability that Henry wasn’t a real person nor did Henry’s storyline actually happen in real life. Unless it did and I’m just extremely stupid and I apologize for that). This isn’t a game like Call of Duty or Battlefield or any other sorta game like that where it takes a real event, tweaks it so it fits what they want or wants what the people want (or try to make it acceptable in today’s gaming world), and sends it out to please the fans of the game series which usually results in a big 50/50 split of, “Oh I love this game! It’s so realistic!” and “This game BLOWS.” This game focuses on something that happened, copied every event down to a T, and sent it out to a crowd of people who were slapped in the face hard by a really hard realistic RPG. Let’s start off with the storyline.. The storyline is pretty simple, a classic hero’s tale of: our hero begins a happy day in their ordinary life, a tragic event happens, our hero loses someone or something and is set out on a quest for revenge, and they get what they want. Except in this story, they don’t. And the item in question is kept as a memento from the main villain who looks forward to Henry’s pursuit of him after the game ends. Pretty meta right? But this game does it in a way that it’s ACTUALLY interesting and you’ll have a good time playing. Games like this typically have a standard following of how the quests in it are laid out that goes a thing or two like, “Hello young traveler! Okay, hear me out. I want you to do this for me and go see this person about it. I’ll give you a reward if you complete it :)” *proceeds to do as directed* “Ah yes, thank you for completing this part! Now go see this person and do this thing. Oh! While you’re at it, do this too! And this, and this, and this. Oh! And when you see this person, they’ll want you to do something too! But don’t forget, you’ll get rewarded! :)” *proceeds to do as directed* “Ah you’re done! Congrats! Here's your reward! 500 groschen. It’s not much, but it's a reward :)” which can get pretty annoying honestly. No one really likes fetch quests at all in games but in KCD, these fetch quests will always have a consequence that is either positive, or negative. For instance, doing a certain thing early in game may benefit you later on in the game. Or, doing a certain thing early in game may not benefit you and get something stolen from you, ruin an event, or get someone killed. Every action has a reaction in this game, it’s plain and simple. This game even goes as far as punishing you for being late sometimes because you’ll get so side tracked with other stuff which is something I actually wanna get into (It also punishes you sometimes for not being able to read). You WILL get side tracked in this game big time. There’s no doubt about it. And if you don’t, then you’re no fun and like to finish games quickly. I highly recommend doing the sidequests because they will always benefit you in a good way (unless you choose wrong dialogue options or do something wrong within that questline) whether it’s by giving you money, reputation with a town or a specific person, or gives you armor or a weapon which is by far the best items you can get from doing quests in this game. My best tip of advice is this when it comes to the storyline: complete sidequests, complete only a few of the activities that the game offers that will benefit you in the long run (like the archery tournaments, the fighting tournament in Rattay, and the brawling events from Milan in Rattay), and of course complete the main storyline WHEN YOU ARE READY. There is no shame at all if you take your time and do the sidequests to get rewards even if the game punishes you for being late sometimes. Now let's talk combat. The combat is… Decent? Okay? Something along the lines of those two words. Maybe even good at most. The way the combat system works with weapons is interesting because you have to specifically train with a certain weapon to level up in the category and learn specific move types with that weapon (EX: a specific move only longswords can do that warhammers can’t. Or a specific combo an axe can do that a short sword can’t) because in this game, if you don’t properly train with a weapon, you’re gonna lose pretty much every fight. If you don’t have any training at all with a short sword, your attacks are gonna be all over the place and Henry won’t be able to control his swings all that well, and won’t block as well too; whereas if you’re fully trained with using a longsword, then everyone in Bohemia will fear your swordsmanship and bow down for you out of fear when they face you in combat. However, the execution is.. Off- Sometimes if you get jumped and surrounded by a group of enemies, the lock on system will be jank and randomly swap to different enemies within a matter of seconds which sucks because you could have one guy already near death, but then swap to a guy who has full health and have to deal with him now but OH, NEVERMIND, NOW YOU’RE FOCUSING ON A NEW GUY WHO ISN’T EVEN CLOSE TO YOU. And now you’re dead because it locked onto the wrong guy and the two original guys who were attacking you snagged you before it could lock onto them. I'm unsure if it’s an error on my side, or an error on the game’s side by nonetheless I can’t stand it and it bugs the crap out of me- Another issue I’ve seen with the combat is if you’re fighting a group of enemies, sometimes you’ll clip into enemies because the enemies will be so crowded around you that you’ll sometimes clip into someone which causes it to break a bit and then Henry gets swarmed with attacks because you can’t attack because you’re inside someone. And another thing is that sometimes you’re attack won’t even hit an enemy not because they blocked it or dodged, but because Henry's attack animation somehow broke halfway through. A few tips of advice I can give for combat is: take the free (sometimes) opportunity to train with Sir Robard and Captain Bernard because it’ll help you out big time, level out you’re archery skill because instead of rushing into combat it’s sometimes better to pick them off from afar, there is no shame in using a shield; it may even save your life sometime, choose skill points that’ll benefit you in combat (EX: Headcracker, berserk, sadist), and my final tip is THERE IS NO SHAME IN RUNNING AWAY. YOU WILL GET JUMPED BY LARGE AMOUNTS OF ENEMIES ALL AT ONCE SOMETIMES. Now because Im running out of room for this review, I'm gonna give you all my final thoughts on it: KCD is a masterpiece despite it being buggy sometimes. I highly recommend getting this game even at full price because it is TOTALLY worth it. The characters in it are amazing, the storyline is amazing, the soundtrack in it is amazing, everything about this game is truly wonderful and I love it entirely. I'm aware I only ranted on about a few things, but I am running out of room for this review and I hate it because I have so many other things I wanna talk about. But just know, that I highly recommend this game to anyone out there. Thank you for reading this review :)

I can say that beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is one of my all time favorite games. I have owned this game ever since I first made my Steam account which was 5 years ago (Now going on six) and throughout these years, playing Gmod has been a wonderful experience that has created many many wonderful memories that I'll cherish forever. This review will essentially be broken down into potentially two to three parts, so be prepared for lots of reading.

Playing by yourself in this game? No biggie! This game can be just as fun as the multiplayer mode despite playing alone. There's potentially MILLIONS of mods out there on the Steam workshop to go download that can make your experience extremely fun, wacky, goofy, scary, etc etc. There's no shame at all to sit here, boot up a solo game on a map of your choice and just doing whatever the heck you wanna do in it. Wanna make a building dupe and upload it? Do it! Wanna just mess around with the vehicles? Do it! Wanna have massive NPC fights? Do it! Wanna play a solo horror map? Do it! Wanna set up your own RP story on a map using the NPCS and yourself? Do it! No one is stopping you at all from using your own creative imagination in this game when playing by yourself and that is the upmost enjoyable feeling that you can experience in a sandbox game like this.

Have friends but don't wanna play on an open server with many people in it? Then it's the same thing as the single player mode, do it! You and all your friends can sit here and get the same mods as each other, load into a map and just all mess around entirely in it whether it's having a massive gun fight, playing TTT, playing Prop Hunt, playing a horror and/or story map, etc etc. Once again no one is gonna sit here and stop you and your friends in a private multiplayer game from using your creative imagination to have fun and as stated before, it is the upmost enjoyable feeling ever.

Playing solo or have friends and wanna hop into and do a MASSIVE RP session with multiple people? How about wanting to play a massive game of TTT? Or, wanna just sit here and hop into a server where it's a sandbox mode and people can do the stuff you normally can in a solo/private multiplayer game? Then the open serves tab is just for you! The open servers tab allows you to hop into servers that offers players the ability to join games and do things such as RP sessions, sandbox servers, TTT servers, Prop Hunt servers, or even taking in things from CSGO like B-hopping servers and surfing servers. It allows the player to meet the interesting community of Gmod and see how other people like to play the game whether they like to hop into a server to mess around and troll in it, take the mode seriously, or just enter a server with the intention of showing off a skill they have irl (like playing guitar or singing) or even just loading into a server to meet people and share stories and have a good time.

Here I am once again stating that throughout my 5 years of Steam, Gmod is one of my all time favorite games without a shadow of a doubt. This game has brought me many good memories and has given me the chance to meet a lot of interesting, wacky and fun people throughout the world. The incredible community of modders in the Gmod Steam workshop community also adds onto the entire fun aspect of this game with them sitting here creating wonderful items for us players to use or play on allowing us to have the pleasure of using those said items to have a fun time whether its by ourselves, with friends, or with multiple people in an open server. This game allows the player to use their creative imagination to its fullest extent as much as the game will allow it and hey, whatta know, here I am once again restating that it is the UPMOST enjoyable feeling that YOU as the player can EVER experience in this game no matter what you're doing in it. No matter how old this game may be or get, I will always recommend it to anyone who plays PC and owns Steam because of how enjoyable it is.
If you've made it this far and are still reading, wow, you must be a big fan of me. Or not and you're genuinely reading reviews about this game. Either way, thanks for reading this far despite this review probably not being my best review written so far, it means a lot :)

Let me start off this review by spouting some random nonsense. I myself am a speedrunner. I speedrun games like New Super Mario Bros Wii, Mario Odyssey, Super Mario 3D World, and Spongebob Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated. How does this info relate to this game/review though? This game always forces you to speedun the select temple you are given no matter what color it is (green, blue, red) and thats how that info relates to this game, I heavily enjoy the feeling of speedrunning the temples in this game (even if I die in them) and the constant feeling of being on the clock even IF, you are the only person who has ever played that temple. This game forces you to be on the move constantly and forces you to think ahead and plan routes you may or may not wanna take everytime you enter a new room. The traps in this game are alright and are REALLY easy to memorize and get the hang of after you play for a while; but whats interesting about them is the combination of all the traps in a room. Theres no specific room for a specific type of trap (unless its a room where the giant pillars are coming down from the ceiling), every room always has a different variety of traps that will combine/work together to attempt to screw you over, slow you down, kill you, etc etc. The guardians are also a nice feature to this game to help you be constantly on the move or try to screw you over/kill you.

Overall I believe this game is amazing and I completely love it, Truth be told, I kinda talked bad about this game when it was presented at E3. But, that was because I thought the concept of the game wouldn't work out at all and I thought it would become a total flop because of that. But even with me talking bad a bit about this game, I still held high hopes for it and those high hopes were fulfilled and I fell in love with this game immediately after my first temple (despite me failing miserably in it). One feature that I would love to see in this game would be a race feature (maybe this is already added into the game and its the removed "gamemode" in it due to bugs-) where you can invite your friends to race in a temple. If one person dies in said temple, they spectate the others until someone wins. How would someone win you might ask? Well, either the temple would be infinite and get harder and harder overtime and someone would just win because everyone else died in it or there would be a relic at the end of it and someone would have to grab it in order to win.

Now here comes some random/useful tips(?). Try your best not to die in a temple- If you die in a temple, you lose your whip until someone completes the temple you died in or you have to buy it back using keys you find in the temples (Im unsure if you can buy better whips with rarer keys in the game since I've only ever gotten whips that cost me green keys). If you're tired of holding down right click in order to hook yourself to an area, press middle mouse button and it'll turn on an autolock feature where you won't have to hold right click to select an area to swing yourself to (please keep it mind it can be a bit wacky at times). Coins seem useful to have, so try to grab as many as you can before you enter the temple and also be sure to buy blessings (upgrades) as well everytime you're about to enter a new part of the temple/cave. And if you ever wanna listen to some tunes while playing this game, here's some songs you can listen to (this is all personal preference):
"Twin Dragons" - Scott Pilgrim VS. The World The Game
"The Gauntlet" - PayDay 2
"Death Wish" - A Hat in Time: Seal the Deal
"Purple Coin Run" - Super Mario Galaxy
"Gusty Garden galaxy" - Super Mario Galaxy
"Ebb and Flow" - Splatoon 2
"Gym leader Battle" - Pokemon Sword and Shield
"Marine's Theme" - Pokemon Sword and Shield
"Discussion -SCRUM- " - Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony
"il vento d'oro" - JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 5: Golden Wind
Did I mean for this review to be this long? Nope. And I apologize for getting carried away. Thank you for reading all the way through this if you did :)

I've played two other Battlefield games in my life. One of them was Battlefield 3 for the Xbox 360 which I didn't really get into that much because it was my first time being introduced to the series. The other one was Battlefield 1 on the PS4 which I played for about a week and ended up getting bored and just uninstalled it (then again, I didn't have anyone to play it with at the time). But then, my friend recommended me this game and surprisingly enough, I got super into it. I'll be breaking this review down into three parts with the first one being the story mode, then multiplayer, and then my final thoughts on it.

STORYMODE REVIEW:
The campaign of this game is... Meh to say at least. It's interesting to see different time periods throughout the war and see who all contributed what during that time period and so on. The first two missions (Under No Flag and Nordlys) are probably the most boring in my opinion. The whole concept of them is, "Okay, sneak your way into this area and place bombs to blow up supplies or save this person, get out, return to where you started. Okay you lived through the first mission. Your new mission is to do the same exact thing but in a bigger area. Got it? Good. Oh, and if you get caught, you're done for :)" The final two missions (Tirailleur and The Last Tiger) are the most interesting in my opinion with Tiraileur being the best with the fighting part of the story, and The Last Tiger with its plot twists. It sucks that there isn't a Pacific campaign story mode for that side of the war that was included when the Pacific multiplayer maps came out.

MULTIPLAYER REVIEW:
From what I have read/heard from a bunch of people who talk about Battlefield, the multiplayer is the best part of it (besides three, four, and Hardline's storymode I think-) and from what I have seen from playing this, they weren't kidding. The multiplayer is extremely fun (its WAY better with friends though) and fast pace with a bunch of stuff happening almost everywhere on the map you're playing on. Tanks are a pain in the butt if nobody decides to deal with them, planes are somewhat annoying and god awful to fly (at least for me), and all the jeeps/trucks with the MGs on them are fun to drive around in. Now, lets get into a serious issue that I have seen a LOT of people complaining about in the reviews here and have seen somewhat personally in game: hackers. Hackers in this game seem to be a huge issue for other players and seem to cause a lot of problems in it as well. I've only encountered a few hackers in my experience playing this game and while they tend to be annoying (especially the dude who has aimbot sitting allll the way in the spawn area with an MG42 and snaps all over the place shooting people through the ground and walls racking up around 142 kills per game) and highly irritating, they haven't been a huge full time issue for me personally. I usually just decide to get over the fact that the persons hacking and still try my best to play the game as intended. What mainly upsets me (and Im unsure if its god mode hacks or whatever you wanna call them, poor aiming skills, or bad hitboxes) is how you can be point blank range with the auto shotgun or whatever weapon you have on you, fire almost all of your shots hitting every single one of them (maybe missing one or two) and they dont do anything and the enemy kills you instead. Again, Im not sure if its hacks, bad aiming skills, or bad hitboxes but it tends to be annoying.

CONCLUSION:
In conclusion, this game is fun. The campaign is meh and my opinion of it would've potentially changed if they added a Pacific campaign story mode with the Pacific multiplayer DLC (but then again, a lot of people find the European side of the war more enjoyable then the Pacific side of the war and thats completely understandable). The multiplayer is the best part of it despite all the hacking issues in it. The multiplayer is still really enjoyable playing solo, but its WAY better with friends (like most games are) because you all can work together by yourselves, or goof off with each other on the battlefield. Do I recommend paying full price for this game? No, not really. I say get it on sale. But hey, you do you I suppose. Anyways, if you made it this far in my review, congrats, Im proud of you :)

If you've ever played a 3D platformer game like Mario 64, Mario Odyssey, Mario Galaxy, Banjo-Kazooie, Donkey Kong 64, and other things like that. You're all set for this game. And even if you haven't played a 3D platformer game, you'll still be all set for this game because it barely takes any skill to play. All you do is run, jump, dive, and grab people to slow them down or throw them. I personally think that the racing/platformer maps are the most enjoyable where as the gamemodes like tail-tag, soccer, and the find the path game are kinda bland because it comes down to how good your team is or pure luck/memory skills. I think that at somewhere down the line of this game, more maps and gamemodes should be added to the game because at somepoint, all the current things in it will become boring to everyone. Nonetheless though, I really really love this game and the whole concept. It's a cute, 3D platformer, battle royale game that requires little to no skill at all unlike other battle royale games. Oh yeah, did I also mention that you can give people hugs in it too? I think that's a cool feature :)
