Very immersive gaming experience right here. Loaded into the world, and saw pollution that mirrored reality yet the sea's beauty made me indulge in recycling like a true Rafter. Also, Bruce's head looks really spiffy on my raft.

Let me just start by saying, a game of this era and popularity should be much better in terms of mechanics and replayability.

That being said... Overall very enticing story and theme all throughout. Multiple endings and 1 secret ending each with a slight twist overall story, however, it feels like there should be some sort of M Night Shymalian twist but there isn't. But boy does finishing the game make you want to restart and save certain characters lives or change the interactions with characters.

Good gun play, very interesting plot and voice lines, and above all else it is very rewarding to choose your fate in a story mode and have it ripple out into your free roam experience.

I would say buy if it is on sale, because $60 is pretty steep for a game that teleports you back to the time before you started the Point of No Return mission (aka the ending sequence to the game) after finishing the game and even more frustrating that you can't explore like you can in say GTA. Once you hit a certain point, it turns your vehicle around and tells you that you are not permitted in the area.

TLDR: solid mechanics, 7/10 graphics, weapon customization, and most importantly a dev team that hasn't put its' high-heels on to ♥♥♥♥ us out of money.... yet....

Actually a solid game in the state that it is as of this review. Originally got the game, anticipating another F2P that would get swept under the rug; I think, as long as the player population can stay steady, it will become a great free FPS game. Do you like Battliefield or AA's Proving Grounds? You'll probably like this. Dev team seems like they're excited to provide a game that people will want unlike some of our AAA title companies *cough cough* Activision, DICE..

All the negative reviews are honestly probably people just angry that they've spent so much money on FPS games that rarely live up to expectations and most certainly never surpass them.

Still really fun, I bough this game bc I enjoyed it first on console. If you wish to play multiplayer, you must use only Punkbuster and search for servers. Still amazingly a lot of people play this game. Worth picking this up since it's on sale
