I think it is a really good racing game. The price is okay, but maybe wait for a sale.

Pros:
+AI (The AI is really good; I practically have to fight for almost every win in the game. They are really aggressive, which spices things up.)
+Traffic (Can be changed in the settings, but with max density comes max fun!)
+Map and Cars (The map and vehicles are beautiful and detailed.)
+Economy (Money can be earned without huge headaches. The premium currency is still a mystery to me!)
+Customization (Really good, and it will still be improved.)

Neutral:
*Physics (Sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe bad.)
*Handling (It's good, but sometimes you find yourself scratching your head wondering what you did wrong.)
*Sounds and Music (For me, it was pretty good.)

Cons:
-Optimization (It’s pretty bad, but this will likely be solved in a matter of weeks or months, so it's not a big deal. Still playable if you have a good PC or laptop, with some sacrifices.)

Progression is good, in my opinion. You have to play to earn cars and upgrades, just like in older NFS games. The only things missing are liveries, cops, and more game modes like elimination races, drag races, and checkpoint/tollbooth races.
