Well, where do I start, wasted 20% of my lifetime in this game ..,
It's the best city builder simulator, there's lot of pros,
And there are some cones that make's this game kinda sucks.

FIRST the amount of ram this game have to ♥♥♥*** use its so crazy, i used to have 8 than brought extra 8 for this game NOW i need to boy extra 8gb for this game as when u build a big city with lot of mods/assists its gonna kill the ram , so if you are planning to build a big big city with lot of mods/assists you'll need at least 16gb+ ram BEST is 32+, .

SECOND, the tourism system in this game its very very bad even with dlc's mod's aka space elevator, still won't get a realism amount of tourism's AND they won't get you any amount of money ( like real profit ) from all the service's, its just awful don't waste your time on bundling a tourism city cause it wont work..

THIRD, the public transport, where do i start... oh dear idk if this is a simulator game or not tbh, cause you'll never get a good profit from the public transport, THE ONLY WAY to get real profit is with mods that increase the ticket price..

FOURTH, the developers doesn't care about bringing new free stuff to the game, all the upcoming new stuff will be in a dlc which it's more expensive than the game itself ....

FIFTH, The API is really awful, SOMETIME all the vehicles at the map will only drive in 1 damn line which idk why, fixed it by a realistic API mood, BUT still its really awful they cause a cluster fu** traffic .

SIXTH, the TAX system is really bad its not simulated or anything its just like this, industrial buldings that its in level 1-2 will be fine with 13% tax's, level 3 buildings will complain about that so they will be fine with 12%, And if you have 2 industrial zone's lets say 1 normal factory's etc. second is for oil, the neutral resources industrial will be fine with 13% tax's which developers say that they should be fine with 15-18% that's a lie people, NOW the bad thing is you cannot costumize an amount of tax to X district, so the tax system is based on all the factions on a selected number than cannot be changed as i said level 1-2 will be fine with 13% more than that they will complain and than leave if its not deincrased.

in the finish of the way, that's the only main major cons for the game in the simulation side for me,
and this game it will be my best number #1 city builder came that i wasted lot of time in it more than any other game like when i play this game i start a city i never quit playing i play like 9 hours in a row and next day etc, i just want to say thank you to the developers and please look into those cons and belive me if youll fix all of that, lot of poepole will leave the other city building games and come to this one.
