amazing game so far, haven't been through most of the game yet, so i'll update this later

(also sorry the next bit is gonna be me ranting about a ton of problems, scroll further down to see what i like about the game, below was the original review before i realized i should give some positive feedback)

BUT PLEASE TEAM CHERRY, MAKE HUNTER'S MARCH BEARABLE. AT LEAST ADD MORE BENCHES, I FREAKING HATE GOING THROUGH THERE, JUST ADD LIKE ONE OR TWO BENCHES, AND REMOVE MOST OF THE PITS, IT'S SO FREAKING UNFAIR IT'S NEARLY AS BAD AS PATH OF PAIN ALSO I LOST ALL MY FREAKING ROSARIES BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF BENCHES

(alright that should be enough ranting)

Despite all my gripes with the game, it is still good to play, and it's super fun except for those specific parts, and other than a few things that need balancing and fixing, it is still fun to be hornet, except for pogoing, that needs some fixes. It's huge, quest system is cool, enemies do need to have a bit better placement because they really make me mad though. Other than all that, great game, worth the wait.
Edit: there is a unlockable that makes it so you can pogo like in the og game, but still, i shouldn't have to unlock something to make the game more enjoyable

only works with spotify, it looks cool and all, yeah, but the one big issue i have is that you need a spotify account for it to work. as someone who doesn't HAVE spotify and isn't looking to getting an account there, you can probably see the issue. devs, if you're seeing this, please take some notes and make it so you can have it be able to work with music by putting in your own mp3 file and then it plays the music. that'd be a HUGE help since not everybody uses spotify, that way it'd make it more for people who want a easy and free visualizer non-dependent on other sites to work, but you can also have it work with spotify still for people who just want to listen while gaming. TLDR: I dislike that you HAVE to have spotify, and adding a setting for you to put your own mp3 files for it to play the music would be a huge help. In the long run though, I do recommend for people who have spotify. (if you do add my suggestion, i'll likely change the recommendation from a no to a yes)

It is pretty good, it has a old timey theme, a cool way of run and gun, overall good if you can stay calm. But one thing: if you are getting it for the delicious last course, then you are out of luck: It has a release date in 2020, despite it being 2021, and it isn't released yet, so that is just the downside.

I really like the game, it was really worth the wait! The demo was really good, and it just got better! (I didn't get the beta so f) It has been a great game and I already beat story mode! I also like the combat, it's just SUPER good. So if you like violence and combat, THIS is for YOU!
Update (443 hours after last update): Turns out my older update was wrong, because the story still holds up well, and the arena combat difficulty to get to the end is actually EXTREMELY easy if you have the right equipment. I also like how it confirms that Marshmallow Madness is canon. Also the wands are SUPER FUN to mod! I'm excited to see if they will have anything else in store, as this game's combat is great! And this game just keeps on giving!

It is pretty good for new players! The rings aren't always completely lost on touch, making it easier to play, and the chaos emeralds are easier to get than most sonic games!

It is a really good game, despite the absurd price for hats, I like the gameplay alot, it has toxics sure, but it has pretty good gameplay, so if you like combat games, then this is a good game for you.

It is a good game, I played it back on the Xbox so don't believe that 7 hours thing, I put so much effort on the Xbox 360, I played it for years until it broke down, so I had a really good past with it, so I recommend this highly.

This is pretty pog if you are allowed the game, if you are not allowed then ignore this review entirely.

This game is pretty good for those who like murder mystery games, and some people who like to be mysterious.
