Just read you dont have phone. You need a number to recieve SMS, ask parents? When you set it up you just need to confirm on PC.

as far as i know, you can use a temporary skype number and the desktop auth program. you dont have to pay a cent

I know: if I have a real phone I can use desktop phone emulators rather than the phone after I get the authenicator set up. But I don't own a phone, and I'm not gonna pay an extra subscription fee to a 3rd party company just to trade some game items. (also I did add you)

You need real phone only to recieve 1 sms when activating Mobile Authenticator, after that you don't. If you need help - add me, I'll help you.

I tryed using phone emulators of several kinds (including bluestacks) but steam detects them as not being real phones and rejects the numbers.
