Meticulous in keeping the workplace clean and tidy. tra$h makes a habit of keeping own area clean and hazard-free and also assists and encourages others to do the same. Understands the importance of confidentiality, and can always be trusted not to reveal confidential or private information to unauthorized parties. Missed fewer than 2 days without valid reason in 6 months. Does not shirk duties, and can share the workload with other people in the team to achieve maximum group output – but does not do so consistently. Not good at planning and monitoring the work of team-members.
